Arriving in Aruba
When traveling to Aruba, US and Canadian citizens should be aware of several important laws and regulations to ensure a smooth and trouble-free visit:
Identification and Entry Requirements
Passport: A valid passport is required for entry into Aruba. The passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.
Visa: US and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays up to 90 days. Ensure you have a return ticket and sufficient funds for your stay.
Aruba Visitors Insurance: This mandatory insurance was introduced to cover medical expenses and other costs related to COVID-19 for travelers visiting the island. Anticipated cost $20.
Customs Declaration: You may be required to declare items exceeding duty-free allowances, including alcohol, tobacco, and other goods.
Drug Laws: Aruba has strict drug laws. The possession, use, or trafficking of illegal drugs, including marijuana, is prohibited and can result in severe penalties, including imprisonment.
Alcohol Consumption: The legal drinking age in Aruba is 18. Drinking in public places, such as streets and beaches, is generally not allowed unless at designated venues or events.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in public places, including restaurants, bars, and government buildings. Always look for designated smoking areas.
Driving: To drive in Aruba, you must have a valid driver’s license from your home country. Traffic drives on the right side of the road, and seat belts are mandatory. Using a mobile phone while driving is prohibited unless you have a hands-free device.
Safety and Conduct
Public Decency: Public nudity, including topless sunbathing, is not allowed, even on beaches.
Respect for Local Culture: Aruba is a multicultural island with influences from Dutch and Caribbean cultures. Respect local customs and traditions, particularly in religious and cultural sites.
Wildlife and Nature Protection: It is illegal to remove or disturb wildlife, plants, and coral reefs. Aruba takes environmental conservation seriously, and violations can result in fines.
Health and Medical Care
Health Insurance: Ensure you have adequate travel health insurance that covers medical expenses abroad, including emergency repatriation.
Vaccinations: No specific vaccinations are required for Aruba, but it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor before traveling.
Emergencies and Legal Aid
Emergency Numbers: Dial 911 for police, fire, or medical emergencies.
Legal Aid: If you encounter legal issues, contact your nearest embassy or consulate for assistance.

Information on Extended Stay
Rates are available 3 days prior to our incentive date and and 3 days after the incentive. Qualifier will need to request during registration. Mannatech will notify the hotel and confirm with Qualifier on their extended stay status.

Internet Fees

Cancellations
Cancellation should be 7 days prior to check-in. This way we make sure your reservation is canceled early enough. Email events@mannatech.com
