Information on Extended Stay
Qualifier will need to request extended stay in registration and request for an added room. Mannatech will include your extended stay on the rooming. Payment for addional guest and/or extended stay must be made to the Royal Sonesta upon checkout.
If you are extending your stay at the Royal Sonesta please include your dates. Mannatech will make the hotel reservation for you. You will be responsible for paying the hotel upon checkout for additional nights and your guest. If you are extending your stay in Kauai, BUT not staying at the Royal Sonesta, please include these details during registration.

Travel Subsidy
For those who get reimbursed for their air travel (the subsidy), the amount paid for travel subsidy will be based on point level earned during the incentive. Qualifiers must register by March 19, 2026 to receive in the subsidy on the April 15, 2026 commission payout.
Travel Requirements
- United States of America: U.S. citizens only need a valid government-issued photo ID (REAL ID-compliant driver's license or U.S. passport) for domestic air travel. No passport or visa required.
- Canada: Canadian citizens need a valid Canadian passport to fly to Hawaii. No visa or ESTA is required for tourist or business visits. Canadian visitors are generally admitted for up to six months. (CBP Help Center)
- South Korea: Eligible for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. Valid passport and approved ESTA required for stays of up to 90 days.
- Australia: Eligible for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. Valid passport and approved ESTA required.
- Hong Kong: Generally requires a U.S. B-1/B-2 visitor visa. Travelers should verify their eligibility based on their passport type with the U.S. Department of State.
- China: Valid passport and U.S. B-1/B-2 visitor visa required.
- Japan: Eligible for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. Valid passport and approved ESTA required.
- Thailand: Valid passport and U.S. B-1/B-2 visitor visa required.
- Mexico: Valid passport and U.S. B-1/B-2 visitor visa generally required.
- Europe: Requirements vary by country. Citizens of most EU countries and several other European countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program and need only a valid passport and approved ESTA. Travelers from non-participating countries require a U.S. visitor visa.
- South Africa: Valid passport and U.S. B-1/B-2 visitor visa required.
Customs Declaration
- United States of America: Domestic flight to Hawaii; no immigration or customs inspection.

Local Laws and Regulations
These guidelines cover the most important laws and customs that international and domestic visitors should know when traveling to Kauaʻi.
- Emergency Number: Dial 911 for police, fire, or medical emergencies.
- Alcohol: Minimum drinking age is 21. Open containers of alcohol are prohibited in vehicles. Public consumption of alcohol is prohibited in many parks and beaches. (Kauai Government - More Information)

- Driving: Drive on the right-hand side of the road. Seat belts are required for all occupants. Child safety seats are required for young children. Do not use a handheld mobile phone while driving. (Kauai Government - More Information)
- Speed Limits: Obey posted speed limits, which are generally lower than on the U.S. mainland due to winding roads and residential areas. (Kauai Government - More Information)
- Drones: Recreational drones must follow FAA regulations. Launching or landing drones is prohibited in Hawaii State Parks unless specifically authorized. (Hawaii DLNR - More Information)
- Protected Wildlife: It is illegal to disturb, touch, feed, or harass Hawaiian monk seals, sea turtles, dolphins, and other protected wildlife. Observe wildlife from a safe distance. (Hawaii DLNR - More Information)
